If you are unable to attend the Conference after the payment of your registration fee, you may substitute a colleague after notifying us by email.

If you are unable to transfer your registration to another person, then the following policy will apply on cancellation :

• 6 months or more before 5th March 2023 : a refund of 100 % of the registration fee with a deduction of $50 USD as an administrative fee
• 6 months to 12 weeks before 5th March 2023 : a refund of 50% of the registration fee with a deduction of $50 USD as an administrative fee
• 12 weeks to 4 weeks before 5th March 2023 : a refund of 25% of the registration fee with a deduction of $50 USD as an administrative fee
• Less than 30 days before 5th March 2023 : No refund available but the name of the delegate can be transferred

Upon payment of your registration, you will receive a confirmation registration code by email, to secure your hotel reservation.
