THE CONFERENCE VENUE, GRAND HYATT, GOA ★ ★ ★ ★ ★

Should you choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt, your walk to their beautiful Conference Center will be amidst tropical gardens and trees some of which are hundreds of years old as you are serenaded by a choir of birds. Located on the ocean you will witness some of the most beautiful sunsets on a daily basis. The GH has an Executive Chef that is second to none and his creativity in the culinary arts surfaces in the variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges including a large Continental restaurant, an Italian, a Pan Asian poolside and of course their Indian restaurant featuring cuisine from the North, South and local Goan fare.
The special CLC discount rate at the Grand Hyatt for single and double rooms is USD$220 per night including a full buffet breakfast.
THE TAJ HOTEL AND CONFERENCE CENTRE ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
Located only 10 minutes from the Conference Venue the 5 star Taj sits on a bluff overlooking the ocean. As you enter the lobby the 180 degree ocean view is stunning. A similar experience occurs as you enter their ocean view rooms as the curtains are automatically drawn as you open the door. The Taj boasts of a lovely Indian restaurant featuring fresh local Goan cuisine as well as dishes from other parts of India.
The special CLC discount rate at the Taj is USD $159 (INR 13,000) per night including full buffet breakfast.
THE CIDADE DE GOA HOTEL ★ ★ ★ ★
Located on the same compound of the Taj, also 10 minutes from the Conference Venue is the 4 star Goan Portuguese Cidade hotel. This property sits right on the ocean where you can walk out of your hotel room on to the beach. It has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment this year and the charm of the hotel can only be visually appreciated. When you walk in you think you are in Lisbon and this is reflected in their restaurant as well.
The special CLC discount rate at the Cidade is USD $135 (INR 11,000) per night including full buffet breakfast.
- Complimentary bus transportation will be provided between the support hotels and the Conference venue daily.
- The hotels above provide a variety of water sports and equipment.
- The rates are subject to 18% tax additional.
- The hotels have limited room inventory and so we encourage you to choose and book your hotel immediately after you register for the Conference, most especially if you wish to stay at the Conference venue.
- Your accommodation payment is fully refundable until 4th January 2023 (minus bank charges and government tax).
- For cancellations between 4th January and 4th February 2023, a refund of 50% will be given (minus bank charges and government tax), or you can transfer your reservation to another delegate.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations from 5th February onwards but your reservation can be assigned to another delegate or put towards a future stay.
